When will people learn, democracy doesn't work.

Couple of more articles about the raw milk idiocy, and cops again harassing law abiding citizens. I realize it's repetitive, but it's just so outrageous i can't stand it.

You can't make curd or kefir with pasteurized milk.

I don't believe Fiorino will be found guilty of anything.

I didn't know that. So it's illegal to sell kefir any place where it's illegal to sell raw milk. I wouldn't be too confident. This isn't the first case i've come across of cops harassing raw milk sellers and drinkers. I don't think it should be a crime, and even if it is, we shouldn't waste time prosecuting it, but it is a crime and they are prosecuting it, and it won't be socking to me if there is some sort of punishment. Maybe just a fine, but something.

Just another story of cops arresting a guy for filming them. The bad thing about these stories isn't that there are crummy cops who accost and then arrest innocent people, and then make up lies about resisting to justify their behavior. The bad thing is that even when their is video proof the cops are fired. They literally make up lies file false police statements (which is a crime if your a normal person) and there are no real consequences. No wonder they act like they are kings living among the peasants.

I think kefir can be pasteurized once it's made, maybe even curd can be. But you do need raw milk to make them. We down't make our own kefir, but we do make our own curd.
