So as i can gather from this article, this guy has not resigned, and plans to keep his job as a councilman. Hell all politicians piss on us, at least this guy is honest about it. He's got my vote (when i move to new jersey, which is never.)

i don't get it, he was talking about an incident, the repercussions of that incident, and then refused to admit to the incident? kaip suprast?
Well he can't admit that anything illegal happened (or he would be subjected to the same fate as our comical sign stealer) but everyone has read about it, so he has to make an apology. This happens all the time now, i see it mostly with athlete alleged to have used steroids, who want to make a public apology, but can't say they used steroids because it's a crime. This guy and his lawyers will alledge that he poured some lemonade out of a bottle and it looked like urine, but really it wasn't. Nevertheless, he's sorry about the incident and any misunderstanding it may have caused. I think spitzer did the same thing after the prostitution sting, he apologized to the state, and his family for the incident, and any embarassment it may have caused without mentioning the incident specifically or admitting that he had done anything.
Totally bogus. Bogus? Believe it or bogus.
