Coupons

I'm not really a big coupon guy, but we got some Bob's coupons in the mail. They were $10 off any purchase over $10. Well i didn't really believe that could be true but i figured might as well try. I'll go get 10 bucks worth of socks or underwear. I decided to go for their wife beaters 3 for 12 bucks. When i went to pay, i handed over the coupon and with no trouble or fuss, they scanned it an charged my 2 bucks. We got three of these coupons, one for October, one for November, and one for December. So that's awesome. They are basically giving me 30 bucks for free. i guess i have to go back and get some more wife beaters, unless i decide on the underwear instead.

that's awesome. in lithuania those coupons are always "can't excede 30% of purchase," so they would have only given you a 3.60 discount. you should use them to get people stuff for christmas. then you don't have to spend any money!

It seems to me in the US there is ussually a minimum purchase clause. Like $10 bucks off any purchase costing at least $25. It reminds me of the simpsons when marge is trying to sell pretzels. Cleetus runs up and orders 300 pretzels and presents 300 free pretzel coupons. Marge had forgotten to write a limit down on the coupons.

I could try to use them to get christmas presents, but i'm not sure they sell beer helmets at bob's.

Did you ever buy some shoes at bob's. I remember you were going to, but then we thought we aught to go find out if we had any coupons first, and then i don't remember if you ever made it back.

yeah i bought two pairs of new balance, one running, one cross training, i believe they were about 40 bucks each. here those kinds of sneakers are about five thousand litai and they're all defective. i also bought a pair of whachamacallems, crocs, on a whim. those were probably nowhere close to being worth thirty bucks, but i had an urge.
